The following Running Rules and Regulations of the Hotel have been stipulated to be strictly respected by all, in order to provide as best as possible service to the colleagues and their families, a secure stay and a smooth running and security of the Hotel premises:
1. The arrival time at the Hotel is 15:00 and the check-out time is 12:00.
2. The breakfast is served at the ARION Restaurant from 7:30 to 10:00.
3. Power supply in your apartment is given upon putting the plate of metal, which goes together with your apartment key, within the metal case on the wall next to the entrance. When you leave the apartment, you should remove the metal plate with the key and deliver it at the Hotel Reception for safety reasons. Separating the metal plate from the key of the apartment is strictly forbidden. A second key is not provided by the Hotel Reception.
4. Before you switch on the air-conditioning system, you should check so that all the doors and the windows of the apartment are closed in order for the system to perform better and be more efficient. When you are not in the apartment you also have to switch off the air-conditioning system.
5. Moving about in the lounge, the restaurant and the bar in wet swimming costume or clothes is forbidden for safety reasons.
6. While staying within your apartment avoid sitting on the chairs, sofas and beds in wet swimming costume or clothes.
7. Domestic animals are not allowed to be brought and kept within the apartment or anywhere else in the Hotel premises.
8. Overnight accommodation within the apartment of persons who are not mentioned in the application is strictly forbidden.
9. For any breakdowns within the apartment, please contact immediately the Reception.
10. The use of the Hotel towels at the swimming pool or on the beach is forbidden.
11. Two lifts are available for use by our members to go upstairs to the apartments. Taking the lift to have fun -- and mainly Children--, is forbidden. Young children should always be accompanied by adults in the lifts.
12. The apartments have a kitchen and there are utensils, but also towels and coverlets. The bed sheet and the towels are replaced every three (3) days, when Hotel cleaning staff cleans the apartment. The garbage is collected daily. Please keep the place around clean during your stay at the Hotel premises.
13. Please clean the utensils in your apartment after each use. No cleaning material is provided by the Hotel. Your garbage should be thrown in the basket you will find in the kitchen. The toilet paper in the bathroom should be thrown in the basket available in the bathroom and not in the toilet basin.
14. If a colleague has fails to comply with the Rules during his / her stay at the Hotel, this will be taken into account for a future application. In the event of damage the responsible persons will have to pay compensation accordingly.
15. Carrying away any item from the apartment (furniture, domestic utensil etc.) is forbidden.
16. You are advised to use the table in the kitchen to iron your clothes and not the beds.
17. For any problem that might occur and for whatever you might need, the Hotel Manager will be available (telephone extension 195).
18. Upon arrival at the Hotel Apartments Complex you should present your identity card at the reception (or your driving licence or any other official document).
19. You should present the room card, which was given to you at the reception upon your arrival, in order to be served by the various Hotel departments and pay the bill of the restaurant, bar etc. by charging your room account.
